Visualise Your Future
Hello lovely!
Today we’re going to 'Visualise Your Future'.
Creating your own future will give you the drive and purpose to stay healthy.
You may have a different journey to others but you CAN get there too and make it happen for yourself!
Today you’re going to find your own way to fulfill your future dreams through visualising tools like writing or vision board, whichever works best for you.
Why, Lucy you might ask?
Well, you have come so far and so achieving a purposeful future will allow you to find real contentment and also you might help the people around you (who are watching you have such victory after such hardship) to do the very same.
I vividly remember says this one day...
'I will never let anything hold me back ever again'
These were the words I promised myself when I was sitting on a park bench during my time in England when I was waiting months and month for radio brain-surgery.
Although I didn't know what my future held I did know that I was going to do everything possible to have a great future…and it gave me the drive to stay motivated with my wellness and recovery.
I truly hope you will visualise the same for yourself xx
To live your dreams you may need to...wait, redirect, make short and long term goals and take 'small steps' for you to attain your dream.
There might be a few more twists and turns than you imagined but if you've visualised your future then you have the power to realise your dreams and remember God the Healer is for YOU, he wants you to succeed too.
So, now it's your turn to visulalise your future!
What's Your vision? Be crystal clear, honest and open.
Write it, draw it, create it and make it happen!
Get creative and get excited about it…each year I write my goals and create a vision board and I have noticed that by having them in front of me as a daily reminder helps me remember what I'm aiming to create in my future - and I think it attracts these things into my life because I'm already willing to accept them and open to the opportunities they bring.
Here's a real example of mine from 2019 and I now practise and enjoy them all regularly!
Remember, however big or small, to celebrate your wins, shine your light and share it with others.
You might be exactly what somebody else needs to see to encourage them to live a happy, healthy and healed life despite their own trials or pain and suffering.
You may actually be serving other people and allowing them to follow in your footsteps.
Here's your printable for your personal reflections, enjoy.
Have a fabulous week you trailblazing warrior!
