Your Improved Situation

Hello!

Before reading this I recommend you read each of the 7 Steps blogs where you consider all the areas in your life like nutrition, exercise, relationships, purpose, beliefs, sleep and your hobbies.

Now we can start on ‘Your Improved Situation as you are Moving on Up!

These personal steps you have chosen to take will give you a new reality and a new identity…your situation will have improved, and you will return to the old you…or a ‘better than ever you!’

With the printable below, you’ll be to reflect and write down all the positive changes you have made and how you now feel.  You will undoubtedly recognise you have an improved reality because you are in charge of your improved situation.

You’ll now see the benefits of prioritising your own personal Seven Steps and by recognising them you’re likely to keep them up and not return to either the chaos or sadness of before.

So, let’s have a look…what does your new reality look like?

Your situation before was difficult right?  How about now, how does it feel to have a simpler, more organized life that you have taken control of?

How much better is it?

What does it look and feel like now?

And…

What does your new identity look like?

Your identity before may have felt all over the place with so many changes and choices to make, you were in a tough place, but how about now…how does it feel to have found the old you, reemerging and maybe even a better version of your former self?

What do you like most? What are the most positive choices and changes you have made in your life?

Which areas have you really seen a difference?

Is it in your hobbies, your friendships, your time or your ability to say no a little more assertively when you need to prioritise your needs?

Here’s a big question to consider…

Just how proud are you of yourself for the positive changes and choices you’ve made? (Have you even shocked yourself!?)

You have achieved so much so make sure you celebrate your improvements, accept your setbacks, and keep committing to your ‘Healthy Habits’ and ‘Daily Disciplines!’

Of course, there will be times when you still have a difficult day, this whole wellness process takes time but do celebrate each achievement and each step of success.

AND finally, forget a ‘to do list’…write a ‘done list’ of ALL your accomplishments however big or small!

Here are your printables and planners to help you continue to enjoy your life and your positive choices. Enjoy and here's to next week...have a wonderful one!
